NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 beginning at 3:00 PM with a study session, followed by the special session at 4:30 p.m. The business to be transacted in this meeting will be posted to https://www.shoreline.edu/about-shoreline/board/meeting-packets-2018.aspx no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2020. The agenda for this special meeting includes the Board’s usual regular meeting agenda. Due to COVID-19, Governor Inslee has imposed a restriction on in-person public meetings. Therefore, access to this meeting will take place in a virtual space. To comply with open meeting notice requirements, changing the previously scheduled regular meeting at the campus to a virtual meeting required designating the meeting as a special meeting.

The total public comment period will be no more than thirty (30) minutes and Chair Lux will read up to three (3) minutes of each public comment received, with adjustments made if more than ten (10) public comments are received.

NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING CANCELLATION

The in-person regular meeting scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on April 22, 2020 in room 9208-building 9000, is cancelled.  Per the notice above, that meeting is being rescheduled as a virtual special meeting.

• Executive Session

• The Wednesday, March 18, 2020 Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees Study Session and Regular Meeting is canceled.

[These meetings are cancelled due to COVID-19 health concerns and restrictions on public gatherings. A special meeting with virtual attendance and a significantly reduced agenda will replace the regular meeting.]

The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2020beginning at 8:30 AM.  The purpose of the March 5 special meeting is for the Board to meet with third-year and second-year Appointment Review Committee (ARC) Chairs.*

The special meeting of March 5, 2020 will take place in the Central Conference Room (#1020M) in the Administration Building (#1000) at Shoreline Community College (16101 Greenwood Avenue North, Shoreline, Washington 98133).

*Times for the March 5 meeting with the Board were scheduled with ARC Chairs in advance.
