A message from President Roberts: Memorial Day Flag-Raising Ceremony TODAY
Dear Colleague,
I hope you enjoyed a relaxing holiday weekend with family and friends. The Memorial Day holiday is also a time to pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice during military service for the freedoms we enjoy.
Please join me today for our Memorial Day Flag-Raising Ceremony at the flagpole in front of Building 1000 at 12:30 p.m. to remember and honor the men and women who died in service to our country, and to show our appreciation for our students and employees who are veterans.
I am grateful to the Veterans’ Programs Office for providing this opportunity to come together to recognize the bittersweet sentiments of this holiday.
Gratefully,
Cheryl Roberts, Ed.D.
President
