We are replacing the processor card in the phone system on the morning of Thurs., March 23.

We are starting at 7 a.m., and the process should only take 30 minutes. The phones and voicemail will be down during that time.

On Sat., March 11, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm the campus will experience a temporary loss of telephone/voicemail services. This outage is due to required replacement of the uninterrupted power source/battery backup (UPS) for the phone and voicemail systems.

TSS was unable to complete all required maintenance processes on the core switch Thurs., March 2. As previously indicated, there will be another temporary loss of network and internet connectivity Fri., March 3, between 7:00 and 8:00 am to complete the work. This maintenance is proactive to prevent unanticipated system outages.

This coming Thursday, March 2nd, between 7:00am and 8:00am the campus will experience a temporary loss of network and internet connectivity due to required maintenance on the core switch. This maintenance is a proactive equipment replacement to prevent unanticipated system outages. Should the maintenance not be able to be completed within this timeframe, this work will be rescheduled for Friday, March 3rd, between 7:00am and 8:00am.
