CAMPUS WIRELESS NETWORK ISSUES

Good afternoon,

The campus is continuing to experience outages with wireless and some network services. During the recent power outage on December 26th, the server room experienced a full power loss which has damaged some of the equipment. We are working with our support vendors to diagnose and resolve and are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Current affected systems and services:

  • Campus wireless networks
  • Scan to email function on Ricoh copiers across campus
  • Some service email functionality on specialty servers
    • Campus (faculty, staff, student) email is not affected

We apologize for the inconvenience incurred and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you,

Ric
