New Employee Orientation launched

In December 2018, the office of Employee Engagement, Equity, and Organizational Development (EEEOD) launched our very first New Employee Orientation (NEO). Through this monthly orientation, our goal is to connect new employees to Shoreline Community College in ways that will help them contribute beyond their positions and departments.

Initially, the orientation was designed to be a two-day event. However, after feedback from participants, we are switching the orientation to a one full-day event starting in February. We will provide two different dates every month, so employees can choose a date that is convenient for them.

Our next scheduled NEO dates are Feb. 11, 2019 and Feb. 14, 2019, both from 8:30AM-5:00PM. We will be sending out invites to all new employees soon.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Pilar Corder pcorder@shoreline.edu | 206.546.5857. Thank you!
