All welcome to make music on Shoreline’s pop-up piano

ICYMI, Shoreline has its own pop-up piano on campus this year. Musicians (and anyone who just wants to tinker) are encouraged to head to the front entrance to the PUB to find our resident piano, on campus through mid-September. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are encouraged to swing by and create music on the piano, which features art celebrating “Fantastic Green Spaces” by Joseph Brooks.

Remember to wear your Shoreline attire on #PhinNation Wednesdays!

Every Wednesday, show your #PhinNation pride by wearing Shoreline attire. It’s a fun way to connect with colleagues and students each week. Don’t forget to take advantage of your employee discount at the Bookstore. Looking forward to seeing everyone decked out in Shoreline wear on Wednesdays!

Foundation collecting well wishes for President Roberts

While President Roberts is on medical leave through early September, the Foundation will facilitate passing along any well wishes (cards, letters, etc.) from employees to Dr. Roberts at her home. Employees may drop off any notes or cards in the Foundation office during regular College operating hours, and Foundation staff will forward cards to the President at the end of each week.

Please contact Karla Belmonte at kbelmonte@shoreline.edu with any questions.

Thank you.

Employee changes report for June/July 2018

A reminder that Human Resources transitioned from sharing the employee changes report via email attachment each month to a more readily available campus-wide communication method. Beginning this past February, the Employee Changes Report is found online at the HR Intranet webpage. In addition, we will be advertising the employee changes report on a Day-At-A-Glance (DAAG) to allow HR to share the information with a wider audience.

Please feel free to call (ext. 5880) or email msanders@shoreline.edu with any questions.

Thank you,
Melissa Sanders
