Free service for students! Have a speech or presentation coming up in a class? The Public Speaking Center can help!
The Shoreline Community College Public Speaking Center offers peer-to-peer coaching for a variety of oral communication situations from practicing conversational English to prepping for class presentations. It is a space to refine presentation skills, ask questions, and practice speaking in front of a live audience. The PSC is staffed by student volunteer coaches so appointments are required. During winter quarter 2017, 20-minute coaching appointments are available Monday-Friday from 8:30-11:20 a.m. in room 2515 and 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. in room 5302. To schedule an appointment online, find us on the Shoreline Learning Support Centers website or email psc@shoreline.edu for more information.
The Manufacturing department is pleased to announce that Wanda Waldrop recently joined us as a Career Navigator focusing on the Mechatronics program in manufacturing. She will be recruiting students and providing support for them as they pursue a career in manufacturing.![One Cup Poster-web[6].jpg](https://daag.shoreline.edu/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/one-cup-poster-web6.jpg?w=610)
