Dear Colleague,

The Board of Trustees will hold its regular meeting (“session”) on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 4:30 PM in room 1010M (the “Board Room”) in building 1000 (the “Administration building”). No study session is scheduled to precede the regular session.

The December 7, 2022 regular session will be recorded and the video, available, when Board materials are posted for the next regular meeting on January 25, 2023.

CAMPUS ALERT: CAMPUS ALERT: INSTRUCTIONS FOR NAVIGATING CAMPUS 12/5/22

All campus operations will open on time, Monday, December 5th. The East Gate, Greenwood Parking Lot, Visitor Parking Lot, and Bldg. 800 south parking lot will be closed until snow and ice can be removed. Please utilize the West and Main Gates when coming to campus.

CAMPUS ALERT: INSTRUCTIONS FOR NAVIGATING CAMPUS 12/3/22

Campus will open at 3:00 pm today as planned. Traffic will be directed to go through the front gate (side gates are closed) and visitors should stay on plowed walkways and roads.

CAMPUS ALERT: CAMPUS DELAYED OPEN UNTIL 3:00 PM 12/3/22

Campus services, events, and classes (both in person and online) will open late today at 3:00 pm, December 3, 2022, due to inclement weather. Employees should not report for work until 3:00 pm unless designated by the College as required to do so. Should employees be unable to reach campus because of inclement weather conditions, please work with your supervisor to identify remote work or leave options as appropriate.  

Students, please check your course Canvas pages before class to know if your class will be offered remotely. 

Safety & Security will be available to assist the 7000 building residents as needed.
