Fee calculation under construction- ctcLink

During the transition to ctcLink, certain fees associated with classes and programs were not converted correctly.  Many students who have already registered and are registered this week will see their balance due adjusted as these fees are updated.

All corrections will be made and loaded into students’ accounts by Tuesday, March 29 at 5:00pm.

If students have questions about their balance due, they can contact AccountsReceivable@shoreline.edu.

If students need assistance paying your balance due, please consult Shoreline’s Funding and Aid page

ctcLink budget documents available for transitioning from HP/FMS to ctcLink

A new SharePoint site provides documents that will help you do your budgeting, purchasing, and travel as we transition from FMS to ctcLink budgeting. The site so far contains documents showing the crosswalk between old and new budget owners, budget IDs, and sub-object codes.

Please use these documents as needed but avoid contacting the budgeting office during this busy period.

Enrollment Reports:

With the move to ctcLink we are updating our college enrollment reporting. The new Daily Enrollment Report (ENRALLOC) can be accessed on the new Report Server here.

This report shows FTEs (full-time equivalent students) enrolled to date in the current registration quarter, Spring 2022. Final FTEs from the previous year quarter, Spring 2021, are provided for comparison.

Because of the shortened enrollment period in Spring 2022, it is challenging to include comparisons in this report to a specific registration date last year.

Look for weekly updates from the reporting team providing a sense of how enrollment looks compared to last year.

*Note that the report is available to all Shoreline users; you must be on a college network and logged in to view the report.

If you have questions, please visit shoreline.edu/ctclink or our Support Center at support.shoreline.edu
