As part of an independent international survey effort by transit agencies serving 14 cities around the world, Metro is asking customers to tell us their thoughts about the bus service we provide.

The 14 transit agencies will compare the results of their surveys in order to learn from one another and work toward providing even better service.

The survey is available in English and Spanish. The deadline for submitting it is May 1, 2015.
