It’s that time of year! Our little goblins, princesses, super heroes, fairies and classic characters from the Parent Child Center will be ready to parade on Fri., Oct. 30 between 9:30-11 a.m. In the past, various departments on campus have shared this exciting event with the children by offering treats for their goody bags. There will be approximately 75 children, ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Some of the treats have been stickers, tooth brushes, pencils, etc. If you should choose to do candy, please no hard candies or any item that contains any nuts. Thank you!

Patxi’s Pizza Fundraiser for North City Coop, Wed., Oct. 14

On Wed., Oct. 14, Patxi’s Pizza will donate 10% of the ENTIRE DAY’S Sales to North City Cooperative Preschool (NCCP), a preschool under the Shoreline Community College Parent Child Center umbrella. Please support us by dining at Patxi’s or placing a to-go, delivery or catering order on our fundraiser day!
1. PRE-ORDER MEALS for pick-up and delivery. Don’t forget that the entire menu, including bottled wine and beer, is available for pick-up and delivery.
2. LUNCHTIME DINING: Since dinner time gets so crowded at Patxi’s, lunchtime is a great time to gather a group to dine together. After dining, encourage your group to order half-baked pizzas to take home for another meal.
3. HAPPY HOUR: Organize a happy hour at Patxi’s with friends or colleagues.
4. PEAK HOURS: Dinner-time from 6-8:30pm is the busiest time at Patxi’s. We encourage reservations for large parties. We also do Pre orders: this is when the guest can call ahead and order a deep if they are going to be in a hurry or have small children or just don’t want to have to wait the 40 minutes for a deep pizza. After dining, order extra and take home half-baked pizza for another meal. Bottles of wine can also be purchased for take-out.
