Budget Review Process Sharepoint site available

As discussed at the Campus Updates in April, May, and June of this year, Shoreline will be engaging in a budget review process this year.  This review process will inform upcoming decisions about budget reductions. More importantly, it represents an important part of continuous improvement practices related to our accreditation.

This will be an interactive and open endeavor that will help us all to build knowledge and skills related to financial data.   A Budget Sharepoint site (https://shorelineccwa.sharepoint.com/sites/Budget) has been developed to help manage the process, and all Shoreline users can view all information stored on the site.   To access the site, click the link above, and use your Shoreline user ID (@shoreline.edu) and password.  It is a living site, so a great deal of content will be added and changed throughout the coming year.

President Roberts has asked Phillip King, Vice President for Student Learning, to provide additional support to the Office of Institutional Assessment and Data Management, in managing and leading this process.  If you have questions about the budget process as a whole, please contact Phillip King (pking@shoreline.edu) and if you have questions about the Budget Sharepoint site, please contact Bayta Maring (bmaring@shoreline.edu), Executive Director of Institutional Assessment and Data Management.
