Updated Suspended Operations Memo

Good Afternoon All,

With the potential for snow looming this week, please find the updated 2020-21 Suspended Operations memo from President Roberts for your review and reference.  To ensure you’re signed up to receive emergency alerts, please check your communication settings at www.shoreline.edu/connect.

As the College is currently operating in predominantly remote operations, situations where an employee is unable to work from home due to inclement weather are anticipated to be limited this year. With this mind, employees will be expected to continue work in remote operations (including online instruction and all other remote services) unless campus is notified that all College services have been closed.  

Noting that individual employees may be impacted by local power outages or other technology interruptions due to weather, supervisors should utilize HR in support of identifying options such as flexed schedules, alternate locations, and/or leave available depending on the specific needs of the situation.
