Help Students Learn About Workforce Funding Opportunities

Workforce Education can:

Pay for tuition, books, tools, gas cards and childcare for professional technical student. We can still help pay for fall tuition. To be eligible students need to:

Be in a Professional Technical Program

or

Transfer Program and on Basic Food (meet income guidelines)- contact wjohnson@shoreline.edu

Meet only one of the following criteria:
• Low-income (i.e. Household of 1 makes $2127) More info on income guidelines here
•   Unemployed- See more info. qualifying unemployment situations or
•  Unemployed/Under-employed due to Covid-19

Unfortunately, due to our grant guidelines, we cannot fund International Students.

Workforce can also help:
• Career Coaching: Help with searching for jobs, creating a resume and practicing interview skills
• Connect to Community Resources: Utility Assistance Program, Low-cost internet,  Food Banks  And more
