Campus Access Form Update

Please note:

The Campus Access Form was recently updated to let supervisors know when someone has checked in so they can do their part to help us all remember to check in when we’re coming to campus.

This is important because if there becomes a need for contact tracing, that is necessary information. That has been helpful, so starting on Monday, March 29, supervisors will also be notified when employees check out using the form, so we can help ensure everyone remembers to check out every day they come in as well.
