ctcLink Weekly Update 02/15/22

Hi Campus Community,  

We are one more week closer to our live launch for ctcLink! Below you can find important dates and other information about the transition that matters most to you!

Key Dates and Timelines:

• February 14^th-March 13^th: Shoreline will be accepting paper college applications while the web portal is closed. Navigate to “New/Returning” Students to learn more.  

• Feb 15th: Last timesheet submission in TLR for Feb 1-15 time period – Timesheets for Feb 16-28 will be submitted in ctcLink after go-live. More information on this to come. 
• February 21st: Holiday, campus is closed. 
• March 7^th: Students will be asked to activate their student ctcLink accounts.

A chance to ask questions and review some ctcLink basics (like how to activate your account), as well as an introduction to the new Technical Support Center. Additional ctcLink office hours have been created for support and can be viewed here.

Reminders:  

• Winter 2022 in-person on-campus service hours are available Monday – Thursday, 8am to 5pm.  Additional information regarding in-person services and exceptions for specific areas can be found here  

Training Sessions:  

Training sessions are designed for faculty and staff who have not yet been involved in the ctcLink project by providing general information about the project, the timeline, and available support mechanisms. All sessions are recorded, and you can view them on our ctcLink SharePoint site. 

Next training date: Stop in to get your questions answers. Main topics for this session will be ctcLink ID Activation, Time Reporting, and Approvals — as timesheets are due on March 1, 2022.
