NOTICE OF VIRTUAL SPECIAL MEETING
The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2022 commencing at 4:30 PM with a special session. A study session is scheduled to precede the special session at 3:00 PM. The business to be transacted in this meeting will be posted to https://www.shoreline.edu/about-shoreline/board/meeting-packets-2018.aspx by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. The April 21, 2022 special meeting will be recorded and the video, available, when Board materials are posted for the next regular meeting on May 25, 2022.
The agenda for this special meeting includes the Board’s usual regular meeting agenda. Due to the continual and changing information related to COVID-19, the April 21, 2022 special meeting will take place in a virtual space. To comply with open meeting notice requirements, the previously scheduled regular meeting at the campus is cancelled and a virtual special meeting is being added.

All Board of Trustees meetings include opportunity for public comment. Public comment(s) during the April 21, 2022 Communication from the Public segment will be presented to the Board verbally.
• For attendees connecting online: Please sign up to provide a public comment via the Chat function in Zoom between 4:15 PM – 4:30 PM on April 21, 2022.
• For attendees connecting by telephone: Please sign up to provide a public comment between 4:15 PM – 4:30 PM on April 21, 2022 by: 1. The Board Chair will call upon each speaker signed up to provide public comment. The total public comment period at the April 21, 2022 meeting will be no more than thirty (30) minutes with up to two (2) minutes allotted per speaker. Adjustments to the two (2) minute allotment will be made if more than fifteen (15) individuals sign up to speak. NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING CANCELLATION
The in-person regular meeting scheduled for 4:30 PM on April 21, 2022 in room 1010M-building 1000, is cancelled. Per the notice above, that meeting is being rescheduled as a virtual special meeting.
