I am so very thankful for the time and effort that Ric put in while dealing with the several technology issues that our office faced in the last couple of weeks. He was immediate to respond, incredibly supportive though I recognize our issue took a huge amount of time out of his very busy schedule, and I know that he (along with everyone at TSS) is someone we can rely on to assist us when needed.
