Hi Campus Community,
Here are this week’s updates!
RETURN TO CAMPUS/COVID-19
Cases
5 new positive cases were reported in the last 7 days (as compared to 13 new cases the prior week).
Masks
Masks are now voluntary on college shuttles/vans, which brings the College into alignment with current federal practice regarding masks on public transportation. Look for updated signage noting this change.
Treatments
While vaccination continues to provide the best protection against COVID-19, an oral anti-viral treatment can help people who are at high risk from getting really sick. The new Test to Treat federal program can help people quickly access free COVID-19 treatment that can help prevent severe illness and hospitalization when taken within five days after symptom onset.
Testing
A 3rd round of free test kits are now available from the federal government via COVIDTests.gov. You will be mailed 8 tests total.
