Melanie, along with the entire Grounds and Facilities team, provides ongoing and exceptional care for our buildings and outdoor spaces, often through work that when done well can easily go unnoticed by the community they serve. Recently, I observed Melanie taking the initiative to deep clean the outdoor trash containers, a task that many would never see but one that reflects their commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for everyone.
