This is to notify the campus community that this afternoon’s (Wednesday, January 18, 2023; 5:00 PM) special meeting of the Board of Trustees is canceled.

The Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM in room 1010M (the “Board Room”) in building 1000 (the “Administration building). The business to be transacted in this meeting is/will be published to https://www.shoreline.edu/about-shoreline/board/meeting-packets-2018.aspx.

The January 18, 2023 special meeting will be recorded and the video, available, when Board materials are posted for the next regular meeting on January 25, 2023.

All Board of Trustees meetings include opportunity for public comment. Public comment(s) during the January 18, 2023 Communication from the Public segment will be presented to the Board verbally.

• For attendees attending in-person: Please sign-up to provide a public comment on the speaker sign-in sheet in the Board Room between 4:45 PM–5:00 PM on January 18, 2023. 
• For attendees connecting online: Please sign up to provide a public comment via the Chat function in Zoom between 4:45 PM–5:00 PM on January 18, 2023.

The Board Chair will call upon each speaker signed up to provide public comment. The total public comment period at the January 18, 2023 meeting will be no more than six (6) minutes with up to two (2) minutes allotted per speaker. Adjustments to the two (2) minute allotment will be made if more than three (3) individuals sign up to speak.
