Faculty and Staff: Order Rental Regalia for Commencement by May 9 EXTENDED
This year’s Commencement ceremonies will be held on Saturday, June 18th, at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in the gymnasium. Faculty and staff participating in the ceremony are invited to wear commencement attire. Your participation is encouraged as a tribute to the dedication and achievements of our 2022 graduates.
The deadline for ordering caps and gowns has been extended to MAY 9th! Please complete this online form to order your regalia. The submissions will be collected and sent to our vendor, Herff Jones. The College covers all rental expenses for regalia ordered through the above form as long as it is returned directly following the conclusion of the Commencement ceremony that the wearer is participating in.
Regalia will be delivered to the College and a pick-up location will be established for the week of June 13th. Regalia may also be picked up on the morning of the ceremonies.
After the commencement ceremonies, we encourage you to wear your regalia to the reception for pictures with students. It is imperative that all caps, gowns, and hoods be returned on June 18th, at the conclusion of the ceremonies.
Additional details regarding regalia pick-up and drop-off will be emailed out by early June
Please contact the Commencement Committee at commencement@shoreline.edu if you have any questions.

From Payroll Manager D. Bryant: Timesheets in ctcLink
Good Morning all,
Welcome to our third month of ctcLink. With each pay period that passes, we learn a little bit more.
- Please be sure to follow the information in the “Timesheet is due” email every pay period to avoid missing a paycheck on payday. The best practice is to make sure you have submitted all leave requests and time by the end of your shift on your last working day of the pay period (pay period end dates are the 15th and the last day of the month).
- Supervisors, please make sure you approve your timesheets by the lockdown time. If this is not done, your employee’s paycheck could be over/underpaid.
- Timesheets will be locked from the day/time on the timesheets due email until two to three working days after the lockdown day (example: this pay period timesheets are locked from Monday 5/2 through today 5/4). I will start adding the unlock date on the emails sent out each pay period.
Classified Staff: Please remember to NEVER use SOV on your timesheets, this will not pay you overtime. Enter all your hours worked in REG, and ctcLink will calculate your overtime or CTE (comp time earned) if you want to convert it to comp time.
