Infiltration pond construction

College community,

Good morning.  The next phase of construction for the new Health Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing Classroom Center (HSAMCC) includes installation of an infiltration pond near the Greenwood lot.  Work on the pond will begin April 18 and is expected to continue through August 15.  Construction will take place during regular hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).  Access to the lot and the surrounding area will be restricted.  The contractor will secure the site with a 6’ high fences.

Please see the attached campus map showing the area that will be closed, the duration, and the access route.

Thanks.

College community,

Facilities Services is responding to a significant water leak impacting work stations on the first floor of the FOSS building.  Employees whose work areas are affected by the leak should contact their supervisor about alternative work locations or schedules.

A plumber has been called to help Facilities identify and correct the problem.  Updates will be shared as more information becomes available.

Thank.
