Wave of Gratitude to Vlad Riazanov Student Engagement

The student came in just as the library was closing and needed software on a computer for an assignment. The library contacted Vlad and he stepped up to make it happen for this student so they could meet their assignment deadline. Way to go Vlad for making a difference in this student’s experience at Shoreline! Mary Blanchett, Lauren Bryant, and Brien Dickey at the library were helping this student. We all appreciate having a great team with Vlad on our side! – Lauren Bryant

As a reminder, for those wishing to acknowledge the work of fellow shoreline staff members or a group at Shoreline, you need only submit a Waves of Gratitude form for individuals or a Shoreline Shoutout for groups. Thanks from the Employee Recognition Committee – Rob, Wanda, Megan and Hoshimi!

HSAMCC Construction Update 10.21.21

College community,

Phase 1 demolition of the 2500 building and the north section of the 2400 building is now complete.  Next, beginning the week of October 25 and continuing through November 22, the contractor for our new Health Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing Campus Center (HSAMCC) will be bringing and unloading structural fill for laying the building’s foundation.  Heavy truck traffic will occur daily during this period, along with increased vibrations onsite due to compaction activities.

The college appreciates your continued patience with the interruptions and inconveniences caused by construction.  Remember, the end result of these temporary disruptions will be a state-of-the-art health sciences and advanced manufacturing center.

Thank you.
